Shipping & Processing

Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability. Most items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to produce. Select made to order items may take up to 8 weeks to produce. Please check the product page for production times associated with your item. In stock items are processed within 1-2 business days and will be ready to ship once processed. Complementary 2-Day delivery shipping is provided for all orders at checkout and will ship once your order has been processed and/or produced.

FedEx Overnight delivery shipping is available for purchase on domestic orders for an additional fee at checkout. Selecting FedEx Overnight does not expedite processing or production time.

If you would like to know stock status of a specific style or request expedited production, please contact the LANA corporate office at 312-226-5262 (9:00 AM-5:00 PM CT, Monday - Friday) or email customerservice@lanaunlimited.com. A team member will be in contact with you shortly regarding your request.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a link to track your package delivery. LANA orders always come with fully insured shipping and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery or need to update any of your shipping details, please reach out to our customer service team prior to the item ship date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be initiated and returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@lanaunlimited.com to initiate your return or exchange. All return inquiries will be answered within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

We are offering an extended return window for the holidays to ensure your recipient loves their piece. January 8th is the cutoff date to initiate a return or exchange for gifts purchased in the month of December - December 19th. Custom pieces and sale items are excluded from this policy.

Please note: All sale & customizable items are final sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, store credit, cancellation, or price adjustments on previous orders. Returns sent past the 10 day window are also not eligible for return. Your return may be shipped secure (including your original invoice) & insured via FedEx or UPS at the following address:

Once shipped, send tracking information to your customer service representative. Please allow 4-6 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Your credit card will be credited the cost of the item, including tax, less the cost of shipping. International returns or exchanges: All shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns or exchanges must be paid by the client.

LANA reserves the right to change the prices and availability of our products at any time.

Any promotions offered will be communicated on our website or via email. Exact start and end dates for promotions will be clearly stated. Any expired promotion will not be accepted, regardless of the circumstance.
