SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability. Please check the product page for production times associated with your item. Most items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to produce. Select made to order items may take up to 8 weeks to produce. In stock items are processed within 2-3 business days and will be ready to ship once processed. All orders shipped once processed and/or produced.

SHIPPING oPTIONS & RATES*

FedEx Ground shipping is $15 for orders under $300, and complimentary for orders above $300.

FedEx Express (2-Day) shipping is $30 for orders under $2,000, and complimentary for orders above $2,000. Selecting FedEx Express does not expedite processing or production time.

FedEx Overnight shipping is $115 for orders under $5,000, and complimentary for orders above $5,000. Selecting FedEx Overnight does not expedite processing or production time.

International Economy shipping is $125. International Priority shipping is $135.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a link to track your package delivery. LANA orders always come with fully insured shipping and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery or need to update any of your shipping details, please reach out to our customer service team prior to the item ship date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges must be initiated and returned within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Enjoy extended holiday returns this season; Holiday orders placed from October 15th through December 19th can be returned or exchanged through January 8th. Exclusions apply*.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@lanaunlimited.com for instructions. All return inquiries will be answered within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

*Please note: All sale & customizable items are final sale, including holiday orders, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, store credit, cancellation, or price adjustments on previous orders. Returns sent past the 10 day window are also not eligible for return. Please allow 4-6 business days for your return/exchange to be processed once received by our team. Your credit card will be credited the cost of the item, including tax, less the cost of shipping.

International returns or exchanges: All shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns or exchanges must be paid by the client.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & PROMOTIONS

LANA reserves the right to change the prices and availability of our products at any time.

Any promotions offered will be communicated on our website or via email. Exact start and end dates for promotions will be clearly stated. Any expired promotion will not be accepted, regardless of the circumstance.
