When are loyalty points added to my account?
Points are automatically credited to your account 14 days after your order ships. This allows time for processing and delivery confirmation.
Do customers earn loyalty points if they check out as a guest?
Yes. If the customer already has an existing account with the same email address, their loyalty points will automatically be added. However, because they checked out as a guest, the order will not appear in their account order history unless it is manually linked afterward. What happens if a customer doesn’t have an account at the time of purchase?
