Shipping + Processing

Orders may take up to 14 business days to produce regardless of shipment choice. Complimentary 2-Day Shipping is provided for all orders at checkout. This does NOT apply to items not in stock. 

FedEx Overnight is available for purchase on domestic orders for an additional fee at checkout. Selecting Fedex Overnight does not expedite production or processing time.

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email where you will receive a link to track your package delivery. LANA orders always come with fully insured shipping and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery or need to update any of your shipping details, please reach out to our customer service team prior to the item ship date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns + Exchanges:

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact our Customer Service Department at to obtain a Return Authorization Number. A return cannot be processed without a Return Authorization Number. All email and voice messages will be answered within 24-hours Monday through Friday.Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund less the shipping charge. PLEASE NOTE: All sale & customizable items are final sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.When shipping your return or exchange, please include a copy of your order invoice and your return authorization number in the package being sent back for processing. Your credit card will be credited the cost of the item, including tax, less the cost of shipping. International returns or exchanges: All shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns or exchanges must be paid by the client.
