RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 business days after you receive your product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund less the shipping charge.PLEASE NOTE: All sale & customizable items are final sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Lose an earring? Lana Jewelry can Make a Mate! Through this program, we will create a replacement of your lost earring. All Make a Mates are half the price of the pair of earrings, plus 10% for production costs. Please send the single earring you have to the repair address above, noting your request to Make a Mate.
Due to the high quality of Lana Jewelry, many styles are made to order. As stated above, if your order is out of stock and being made to order, a Lana representative will contact you within 24 hours after your order has been placed and will communicate an approximate ship date.
Please note: Orders could take 14 business days to produce regardless of shipment choice. Sapphire pieces could take 4 weeks.
